IF THE ITEM DID NOT FIT, OR IF THERE HAS BEEN AN IRREGULARITY, HOW CAN YOU DO TO GET TO EXCHANGE IT TO RIGHT OR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

• If for any reason you receive a defective product, you have 7 business days to notify and return the unused merchandise, with all the labels still attached in unworn or damaged condition.
• Please, remember that you have up to 14 days to return the merchandise that complies with our return policies (unused garments with all labels attached).
• You are responsible for all shipping exchange will not be reshipped until payment for shipping has been collected.
• Please do not ship back any exchanges until you have spoken via phone or email with rep for shipping address and instructions.

Exchange only

  1. All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of item recieved.
  2. Items must be in good condition: unused, unstained, with their original package and with labels attached.
  3. Customer is allowed to exchange for any item of equal or greater value. please email myfajas01@gmail.com for more support for additional payment info if required.
  4. Please include size, color and item number and description of new item
  5. Place the order number and your name on the package.
  6. Customer is responsible for all shipping.
